what to do, what to do.. life is so boring now!!! on the com 24/7.. going to be brain dead soon! at least before the gradnights there was prac everyday to pass the time.. now, though there is the occassional pracs for ccao, its not everyday!!! can't wait to have it everyday.. we must prac really hard ok?? its not always about the result.. the process counts more.. remember that people... nothing to blog about also. life sucks.. |

RI GRAD NIGHT 2007

hmm... RI GRAD NIGHT. let's just say.. it'll be experience that the performers will remember. at least i know i will. lol.. -warning! image heavy post!- updated// video links all up!!! me&rach got there around one thirty to prep ourselves before we could do other people.. so nice nice athena packed lunch for rachel! haha.. room wasn't ready yet, so we got ready in the toilet??!? lol. then.. the streeters very guai1.. told them to be on time at 2, they really got there at 1.59. still didn't have the room yet, so we preped next to the grandballroom! so strange!!  then, when we finally got the room,started to do makeup for the girls.. lol.. like factory line pls.. me and rachel, take turns to put the different layers for them.. then.. final check on them, makeup check! costume check! hair check! first rehearsal... lol.. the stage was really small!! wahh! but no bother, we still danced. lol... the grad night comm damn funny, sit there and watch, with their mouths open. seriously. WHY!?!? anyways, back to updating. went back up to the room to touch up makeup and rehearse on our own even more... hmm... camwhore to pass the time... 6.30pm, streeters had dinner and at 7.30 we made our way backstage. note, why do guys have to stare when dancers walk pass?? why? hm?? anyways... backstage.. we had losta fun.. doing/playing god knows what.. details are left to the discretion of the people involved to disclose to protect the rep of street.. lol! hmm... after much anticipation... finally it was our turn to take the stage... the welcome wasn't what we expected? they actually cheered!! =0! hm.. technical error left us in our positions for about 3 whole agonizing minutes... music finally started, and it was time to show where weeks of practice has gotten us.. guys were great, from what i saw from the vid... girls did pretty fine... judging from the responses we got from our audience.. i honestly think this is the rowdiest audience street has ever performed for! catcalling, wolfwhistles, shouts? seriously guys?.... but wth, we're performing so yeah, i guess this is what you get for the routine you choose to put up! hmm... another way of looking at it, i guess we should feel honored that ppl actually appreciate the hardwork we put in? lol.. me and jeff's little solo went pretty ok.. other than the fact he forgot to remove his sunglasses! pairdance went GREAT!!! i had fun!! thanks jeff!! guys... i say we look pretty fine.. lol! "baby here's my number, call me up."  loving much! (cheryl&bengoh, rachel&lowell, jeffrey&athena, benji&syaz) <3!> OK.. SO I DID HAVE ALOT OF FUN! and yes, i guess the audience did play a part in giving us the high to perform.. so i guess, i should say thanks to our audience? our future juniors... lol! -tear- NOT!! camwhored after the perf!!! damn fun!! TIMERSHOTS ARE THE SEX!!!<333!!!        ok enough. i think we should have some normal shots now..     right.. so they're not so normal shots.. lol!but we had lotsa fun!!! haha!! weeks of practice does pay off! but i think, the people really made a difference.. monday's coming.. and i'm scared.. actually no, i'm freaking EXCITED... makeup.. nice costumes, and funky hair... lol.. stupid ri boys got such a nice hotel lah... lol.. wasted. better bring camera to camwhore.. nothing to do for like 3 whole hours... prac again tomorrow.. wahhh!!! ok.. i think i shall be fashionably late.. lol.. i've been early the last few days.. so my turn to be late.. another big thing, PROJECTWORK IS FINALLY OVER!!!! JOYJOYJOY!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! it officially ended when i passed my I&R to brunopoh!!! YESYESYES!!! FREEDOM!!!! |
